Used and in good condition

These are chairs that have been used for a short period of time and are therefore in excellent condition. You can find them on our Hot Deals page or with the Hot Deals label. These chairs also come with a 12-year warranty. In the event of defects, your chair will be repaired free of charge with original Herman Miller parts. You can claim the Herman Miller warranty here.

New via an unofficial dealer

There are also unofficial dealers selling new chairs. Although they may promise a manufacturer’s warranty, they are not authorised to offer one and do not have access to original Herman Miller parts. Any dealer warranty they offer is therefore worthless.

Refurbished and Second-hand

These are chairs that have been in use for many years and have been lightly refurbished or fitted with some non-original parts. They are often outdated models without a manufacturer’s warranty. Furthermore, dealers of refurbished chairs do not have access to original Herman Miller parts.
