Right of withdrawal and cooling-off period

When you place an order with us, you may make use of your right of withdrawal and receive a cooling‑off period. At LoyalBrand, we are very flexible about this. So if you want to cancel your order outside of the time frames mentioned below, just call or email us and we’ll work it out together.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. You don’t need to give a reason. Once you cancel, we will collect your product within 10 days or you can return the chair yourself. We will then refund you the full order amount for the chair, excluding any transaction fees withheld by a credit card company and delivery costs.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the Herman Miller chair or other item must be in its original condition. We will inspect the product when we collect it from you or when it arrives at our warehouse. If you use our pick-up service, you don’t need to keep any packaging material: we’ll take the chair as is. After we’ve collected the items, we will refund the full amount (excluding any credit card transaction fees) within 4 days to the same bank account you used for payment.

How to return your order via pick-up

Follow these steps to return:

  1. Submit your return request via the shop in your shopping cart.

  2. Answer the questions and follow the indicated steps.

  3. We will arrange a pick-up appointment with you (always within 10 days). We’ll take it as is — you don’t need to keep cardboard boxes or other packaging materials.

  4. We inspect the chair and take it with us. You will receive a receipt.

  5. Let us know that your chair has been picked up. This helps us process your refund faster.

  6. After receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the purchase price within 4 business days using the original payment method.
    The cost of the original delivery (€35) will be deducted from the refund amount. If White Glove Delivery was selected, the applicable delivery costs for this service will be deducted instead.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

We do not accept returns on certain items. These include personalized chairs that you configured yourself via the product customizer and other products made especially for you. In these cases, your purchase becomes final after successful payment.

Right of withdrawal for businesses and institutions

At LoyalBrand, we also offer a flexible return policy for businesses and institutions. Want to return one or multiple products as a business? Contact us and we’ll resolve it together. For in‑stock products, we accept them back in the same way as for consumers. Completely free of charge.
