LoyalBrand B.V. cares about your privacy. We therefore only process data which we need to (improve) our services and carefully handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We will never make your information available to third parties for commercial purposes.

This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services of LoyalBrand B.V. accessed thereon. The effective date for the validity of these terms and conditions is 27/07/2022. With the publication of a new version, the validity of all previous versions expires. Webshop software

WooCommerce

Our online shop is developed with software from WooCommerce. We share personal data that you make available to us for our services with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support. They will never use your data for any other purpose. WooCommerce is obliged under the agreement we have with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information about your use of the software. No personal data is collected and/or stored. WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve its services.

WooCommerce hosting

Our online shop is developed with software from WooCommerce. We have chosen Cees & Co for our web hosting. We share personal data that you make available to us for our services with this party. Cees & Co has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support. They will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them, Cees & Co is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.

Webhosting

Cees & Co

We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Cees & Co. Cees & Co processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata on the use of the services. These are not personal data. Cees & Co has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. Cees & Co is bound to secrecy under the agreement.

Microsoft

We use the services of Microsoft for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Microsoft has no access to our inbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

PayPal

To handle part of the payments in our online shop, we use the payment service provider PayPal. PayPal processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. PayPal has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. PayPal reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, as part of this, share (anonymous) data with third parties. PayPal shares personal data and order data with post-payment service providers in the case of a deferred payment request (credit facility). All the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of PayPal’s service for which it engages third parties. PayPal does not retain your data for longer than is permitted under the statutory time limits.

Mollie

To handle part of the payments in our web shop, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties in this context. All aforementioned guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie’s services for which it engages third parties. Mollie will not retain your data longer than permitted under the statutory periods.

Klarna

To handle part of the payments in our online shop, we use the platform of Klarna. Klarna processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. Klarna has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Klarna reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and in this context to share (anonymised) data with third parties. In the case of a request for a deferred payment (credit facility), Klarna shares personal data and information about your financial position with credit rating agencies. All of the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Klarna’s services for which they engage third parties. We collect reviews through Google’s platform. If you leave a review via Google, you are required to provide your name and e-mail address. PostNL

When you place an order with us, our job is to get your parcel delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to make the deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and place of residence details with PostNL. PostNL only uses this data to perform the agreement. If PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your details available to these parties.

DHL

When you place an order with us, our job is to get your parcel delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to carry out deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and place of residence data with DHL. DHL only uses this data for the performance of the contract. If DHL engages subcontractors, DHL will also make your data available to these parties.

Invoicing and accounting

Reeleezee (Exact)

To keep our records and accounts, we use the services of Reeleezee (Exact). We share your name, address and place of residence data and details of your order. We use this data to administer sales invoices. Your personal data are sent and stored in a protected manner. Reeleezee (Exact) is bound to secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Reeleezee (Exact) will not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

Purpose of data processing

General purpose of processing

We use your data only for our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you give us. We do not use your data for targeted marketing. If you share data with us and we use these data – other than at your request – to contact you at a later time, we will ask you explicit permission to do so. Automatically collected data

Where appropriate, LoyalBrand B.V. must share your data on the basis of a legal obligation in connection with government tax or criminal investigations. In such a case we are forced to share your data, but we will oppose this within the possibilities offered by law.

Retention periods

We keep your data for as long as you are our customer. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also interpret this as a request to forget. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices containing your (personal) data. We therefore keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, our employees will no longer have access to your customer profile and the documents we have produced in response to your order.
