Everything about returns
Is your Herman Miller office chair not what you expected after all, or do you want to return the product(s) you ordered for some other reason? Then you can return it. Just follow these steps:
- Make your return request via the shop in your shopping basket.
- Answer the questions and follow the steps indicated.
- You can arrange return shipping yourself. Or you can choose to have LoyalBrand make an appointment with you to pick up your chair for just 30 euros. We always do this within 10 days. We take it with us straight away, so you don’t need to keep any cardboard boxes or other packaging material. Outside the regions mentioned, you are responsible for returning it yourself and we do not offer a pick-up service.
- We inspect the chair and take it with us. You will receive a receipt.
- Let us know that your chair has been picked up. That way we can refund you faster.
- You will be refunded the full purchase price to your account within 4 days. We will transfer it to the account you used to make the payment.
When are you eligible to return?
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. We apply the Distance Selling Act generously. Is it 18 or 30 days later, for example? We don’t bother about that: even then you can simply return your product. Some items we do not take back. These are personalized chairs that you have put together yourself via the product configurator and other products that have been made especially for you.
Returns for companies and institutions
Officially, the Distance Selling Act only applies to consumers. But at LoyalBrand, we also have a lenient policy for companies and institutions. So do you want to return one or more products as a company? Contact us and we will solve it together. If they are stock products, we simply take them back in the same way we do for consumers. Completely free of charge.
